1974 Yamaha FG-75 Folk Guitar with Case Listing ID: 516
Description
Overall amazing condition.
- Fresh set of D’Addario custom light strings installed, .011 - .052
Note: Virtually all FG-75s have high action from 50 years of tension, as did this one when I picked her up. However, I was able to get a bit from the truss rod, and the saddle was high enough to shave a little from the bottom. She’s now a great playing little ole folk guitar. Still slightly high over the neck paddle (where the fretboard overlaps the body, but nobody plays up there anyway, kind of hard to reach without a cutaway.
- She's a super comfortable and great sounding 00 size, in between a parlor and a dreadnought
- Comes with original chipboard case in remarkable condition
- Stand not included
I’ll have her tuned up and ready to play when you get here.
